Purpose: The Foundation Board of Trustees is responsible for funding Chi Omega Fraternity’s educational activities for the benefit of its members.

Service to Chi Omega: Current Chi Omega Foundation President; current Ever at Heart Steering Committee Chair; member of The 1895 Society and the Margaret Hyde Heritage Society.
Ann Bradshaw is a retired tax partner with Ernst & Young, LLP in Houston, Texas where she served on America’s Indirect Tax core leadership team. Prior to that role, Ann served as the National Director for EY’s Affordable Care Act Tax Services, is the former Chair of EY’s Indirect Tax Technical Review Committee, and was an elected member of the National Tax Partner Forum. During her over 35 years with EY, Ann has been involved with leadership development opportunities for the women and rising professionals at her firm.
Ann serves on Advisory Boards for the Houston Baptist University School of Business, the Oklahoma State University School of Accounting, and Houston Area Baptist Student Ministries. Ann is an inductee to the Oklahoma State University College of Business Hall of Fame and honored as a Distinguished Alumni for OSU.
She views The Nancy Walton Laurie Leadership Institute of Chi Omega as a way for Sisters to be empowered leaders in their own personal and professional lives and has been an avid supporter.

Service to Chi Omega: Currently serves as the Fraternity's National President and Vice President of the Foundation Board of Trustees; former National Vice President and Treasurer on the Governing Council; Chapter President; Chapter Visitor; Advisor to Omicron Lambda Chapter since 1998; National Recruitment Team Member for 17 years; Mary Love Collins Scholar recipient; and Attorney for NPC’s Something of Value.
Professionally, Anna has her own law firm specializing in taxation, estates, and trusts. She resides in Auburn, AL with her husband James Randy “Bo” Buckner Jr., and their son James Randy “J.R.” Buckner III.

Service to Chi Omega: Currently serves Chi Omega as a Foundation Secretary; member of the Alumnae Connections Team; Advisor for Alpha Chapter at the University of Washington; served on the National Advisory Training Team; traveled as a National Leadership Consultant; served as G.H. and G.T.B of Alpha Gamma Chapter and a long-time supporter of Chi Omega Foundation. Professionally Danna is a start-up advisor and strategy consultant with Mohair Consulting.
Danna is an entrepreneur at heart having founded multiple companies since leaving Microsoft after a seventeen-year career spanning a variety of leadership roles. She also serves as Trustee for Seattle Country Day School and is the former Advisory Board Chair and Secretary for Home Step.
Danna lives in Seattle, WA, with her husband, Brian, and son, Cole.

Letitia Niemeier Fulkerson

Service to Chi Omega: Currently serves Chi Omega as the Foundation Treasurer. Letitia’s service to Chi Omega Fraternity has been constant since her collegiate experience. She has served Chi Omega in many different capacities, including multiple Fraternity staff roles and service on Chi Omega volunteer teams and committees. Letitia joined the Chi Omega Governing Council in 2004 as Treasurer and was the first ex-officio Foundation Trustee when that role was created in 2006.
She became Fraternity President in 2008, serving for six years, and was appointed to serve as Foundation President starting in 2017 and concluding on November 30, 2021. Letitia received Chi Omega’s highest award for Fraternity service, the President’s Award, in 2016.
Professionally, Letitia owns an award-winning State Farm Agency. She and her husband, Mike, reside in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Susan Miller Bush

Service to Chi Omega: Currently serves as a Trustee, member of the Ever at Heart Campaign Steering Committee, Chapter Historian, and State Recruitment Information Chairman. Previously she has served on the National Foundation Scholarship Selection Committee, Donor Relations Committee, as the Pi Chapter New Member Advisor, and as Fraternity Regional Alumnae Director for Midwest.
Professionally, Susan previously worked as a Chancery Court Clerk, then for Ritz-Carlton in Buckhead, The Trust Company, and the Bush Brothers & Company. Susan is on the Bush Family Senate. Her husband, Jay, works for Bush Brothers and Company and serves on the Bush Brothers Company Board, the JonnyPops Board, and the York Industries Board.
Susan and Jay live in Appleton, Wisconsin, and Knoxville, Tennessee. They have two sons, Ian Laseter Bush (Nashville) and James “Cameron” Bush (Denver).

Cathey Humphreys

Service to Chi Omega: Currently serves as a Foundation Trustee and member of the Ever at Heart Campaign Steering Committee. Cathey previously served on the Iota Alpha House Corporation at SMU. She is a graduate of The Nancy Walton Laurie Leadership Institute of Chi Omega.
Cathey has a teaching degree, is very interested in educating educators, and is committed to helping young people pursue their academic and career goals through the experience of studying abroad. Cathey and her husband Don established The Humphreys Chi Omega Scholarship for Study Abroad Fund.
Don is a Sigma Nu from Oklahoma State and a retired Senior Vice President and Principal Financial Officer of ExxonMobil. As Cathey and Don moved multiple times through the US and internationally, she would contact the Chi Omegas in each new city. The Humphreys have lived in Dallas for 25 years and have a home in Crested Butte, CO, and Santa Fe, NM. They have three daughters.

Gail Webb Muncrief

Service to Chi Omega: Currently serves Chi Omega as a Foundation Trustee; member of the Oklahoma City and Edmond Chi Omega Alumnae Chapters, and the Oklahoma City Chi Omega Board for the Hearts for Hearing annual fundraiser. Served on the Tau Beta Capital Raise Committee for the new house. Gail is a Flagship graduate of The Nancy Walton Laurie Leadership Institute of Chi Omega.
Gail currently serves Oklahoma State University as a Foundation Board Trustee. She is committed to philanthropic work and serves with several nonprofit organizations including the Oklahoma City Memorial and Museum Board as a Trustee.
Gail ‘s educational career involved relocations into five states and various teaching opportunities including classroom teaching in elementary, middle school, high school, and college; as well as, working as a university extension educator for Montana State University and New Mexico State University. Today, she remains involved in her western Oklahoma agriculture and cattle operations.
Gail and her husband Rick have shared more than 40 years of life adventures. Rick is a Petroleum Engineer working as CEO for Devon Energy. They are proud parents to a married son and a married daughter, and grandparents of two boys. Daughter, Melinda, is a Chi Omega from New Mexico State and served as G.H. of the Pi Delta Chapter at NMSU, as her mom served as
G. H. for the Tau Beta Chapter at OSU.

Service to Chi Omega: Currently serves as a Trustee for the Chi Omega Foundation and served on the Donor Relations Committee.
After graduating from the University of Kansas, Jan earned a law degree from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. She practiced oil and gas law in Wichita, Kansas as in-house counsel for Koch Industries, Inc. until their daughter was born. Now that their daughter is in college, Jan and her husband Steve split their time between Cincinnati, Eastern Arkansas, and New Orleans.

Service to Chi Omega: Currently serves as Foundation Trustee; She has served on the Foundation’s Donor Relations Committee since its inception in 2007 and currently serves as Co-Chair. She is also involved with the Little Rock Chi Omega Alumnae Chapter.
Laura was Chi Omega’s Supreme Governing Council Model Initiate at Convention in 1998 and is a third-generation Chi Omega with two older sisters who both pledged Chi Omega, and numerous Chi Omega cousins and aunts.
Laura volunteers as a committee member for Sculpture at the River Market, serves as Trustee for the HoganTaylor Foundation, member of the Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XXXV, and is a Sustainer member of the Junior League of Little Rock. She is currently the Marketing Manager at HoganTaylor LLP, an accounting and advisory firm in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Service to Chi Omega: Currently serves as a Foundation Trustee and Ever at Heart Campaign National Steering Committee member, a longtime advisor to Psi Zeta Chapter, former Treasurer and President of the Houston Alumnae Association; Vice President of Kaleidoscope, the Houston Alumnae’s philanthropic and scholarship entity; and member of the Margaret Hyde Heritage Society.
Erin recently retired from Sysco, the world’s largest food service distribution company, serving in an executive-level human resources role. Her husband Mark graduated from Texas A&M University and is currently Vice President of Sales for Brown & Brown Insurance of Texas. There, he leads a team of brokers specializing in commercial property & casualty and employee benefits insurance programs.
Erin and her husband, Mark, are active in their community, supporting and serving various mental health, hunger, and other children’s causes in the Houston area. They have two daughters, Kennedy (Xi Kappa | Texas A&M) and Sydney (a graduate of the U of Houston).

Corinna Young Casey

Service to Chi Omega: Currently serves Chi Omega as a Foundation Trustee and Chair of the Foundation Advisors. She also serves on the Special Committee on Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, on the Ever at Heart Campaign Steering Committee, and is a member of the Margaret Hyde Heritage Society. Other past national volunteer roles include serving on the Donor Relations Committee, Scholarship Committee, and the NPC Foundation Scholarship Committee.
Locally, Corinna is a 20+ year advisor to the Kappa Lambda chapter at UC San Diego (UCSD) and serves on the board for the San Diego Alumnae Chapter of Chi Omega. She also volunteers in various leadership roles in the Parents Association at La Jolla Country Day School, on the board of her son’s chapter of Teen Volunteers In Action, and is a Sustainer of the National Charity League.
Professionally, Corinna is a clinical health psychologist in private practice, specializing in the management of adult chronic medical illness/chronic pain and in stress management during graduate school. Prior to this, she spent several years working in clinical research at the UCSD School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry.
Corinna’s husband, Patrick, a graduate of Harvey Mudd College, is the Chief Technology Officer and one of the original employees of enterprise software company, ServiceNow. Their daughter, Allison, is a member of the Rho Epsilon Chapter of Chi Omega at Texas Christian University. Corinna and Patrick live in Del Mar, CA with their son, Anthony.

Service to Chi Omega: An ex-officio member of the Foundation Board of Trustees, Nancy has made extraordinary commitments to Chi Omega throughout her lifetime. Our cornerstone leadership program is named The Nancy Walton Laurie Leadership Institute of Chi Omega in honor of Nancy’s lifelong dedication to and support of our Fraternity, and she was presented the Roselyn T. Dabbs Philanthropist Award during Chi Omega Convention 2000. Nancy magnanimously bestowed the largest single gift in Chi Omega’s 119-year history to launch our $20 million Sisterhood Never Stops Campaign.
Nancy served as recruitment advisor for Rho Alpha Chapter at the University of Missouri, and as a member of its House Corporation Board. Nancy is a civic leader and avid supporter of the arts. She and her husband William reside in Columbia, Missouri and Henderson, Nevada. The couple has one daughter.

Kelly Rucker Bingel

Service to Chi Omega: Kelly Rucker Bingel was initiated into the Phi Gamma Chapter at Louisiana State University. During her time as a collegian, she served as G.H. and Panhellenic Delegate. Upon graduation, she traveled for Chi Omega as a National Leadership Consultant from 1989-1990.
She then began her career as a newspaper reporter in Houston and Tulsa before moving to Washington D.C. where she spent a decade working for Blanche Lincoln in the House and Senate. During this time, Kelly also earned her Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University. She concluded her tenure as a Congressional staff member in the role of Blanche’s Chief of Staff in the Senate.
For Chi Omega, Kelly has served on the National Recruitment Team and as Co-Chair of the Chi Omega Foundation 1895 Society. She has been on staff and facilitated several Conventions and Firesides Leadership Trainings.
Kelly served as an advisor for the Eta Lambda Chapter at American University from 2016-2022. Additionally, Kelly was a Foundation Trustee for Chi Omega for nearly a decade, serving from 2015-2024. She was installed as S.T.B. in 2024 at Chi Omega’s 65th biennial Convention.
She has utilized her legislative expertise to serve on Chi Omega’s Government Relations Committee and annual Hill Visits. She is also a member of the Chi Omega Foundation Margaret Hyde Heritage Society. Kelly has served as the Chi Omega Fraternity and Sorority PAC Board representative and NPC Government Relations Advisory Committee member.
Professionally, Kelly has lobbied for AT&T and was the only female partner in the bipartisan lobbying firm Mehlman Castagnetti Rosen Bingel & Thomas. Kelly is on the Board of Visitors for the LSU Manship School of Mass Communication and the Board of Directors for SCORE.
Kelly’s husband, Thad, is a founding partner of Command Consulting Group. Kelly and Thad opened Dynamic Gymnastics in 2013 and sold it a decade later. She is a proud mother to son, Johnny, and daughter, Hogan.

Melanie Maxwell Shain

Service to Chi Omega: Currently holds the position of Trustee Emeritus, having served as Foundation Treasure; House Corporation Board at Beta Alpha/ Pennsylvania and Iota Lambda/Villanova; former National President (S.H.), National Ritual officer (S.M.), and National Treasurer (S.N.V.) for the Fraternity; former National Leadership Consultant; and former member of the National Panhellenic Conference delegation; was the 2000 recipient of the Chi Omega President’s Award and 2022 Roselyn T. Dabbs Philanthropist Award.
Melanie received her MBA from LSU and is a retired banker and investment manager. John is past President and co-founder of Automated Financial Systems, a software and services company, for banks and financial institutions. AFS is headquartered in Exton, a suburb of Philadelphia. Melanie and John reside in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania with adoring cats and dogs.

Sandra McAdams Connor

Service to Chi Omega: Currently holds the position of Trustee Emeritus, having served as Foundation Secretary from 1998 – 2016. As Chair of the Foundation’s A Loyalty to Sisterhood Campaign, Sandra Connor helped raise $9.5 million for the Chi Omega permanent endowment. Sandra has inspired philanthropic leadership in others by example.
She and her husband, Bob, live in Little Rock and Dallas. They are the parents of three Chi Omegas and the grandparents of four boys and a girl.

Jane Wickard Rogers

Service to Chi Omega: Currently holds the position of Trustee Emeritus. A former professional fundraiser and special events coordinator, Jane served as the Executive Director for Riverfest, one of the South’s largest festivals, and as Director of the Department of Arkansas Heritage. Her community services includes Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees for the University of Arkansas and the President of the Sculpture at River Market Committee.
Her Chi Omega volunteer roles have included: Regional Alumnae Director, Centennial Celebration Chair, Fraternity National Alumnae Officer, and National Secretary.
Jane joined the Foundation Board of Trustees in 2000 and served as President from 2000 to 2010 and again from 2014 to 2016.
Jane received Chi Omega’s highest award for Fraternity service, the President’s Award, in 2002.
She and her husband, Jay, live in Little Rock, Arkansas. They have a Chi Omega daughter, a son, and four grandchildren.
