Firesides Leadership Training is the Fraternity’s annual leadership conference designed to equip chapter officers with practical tools and strategies to excel in their individual roles while improving the membership experience within their chapter and our Fraternity. Our largest collegiate officer and advisor training, Firesides reaches thousands of Sisters each year.

In 2027, Firesides will take place in Chicago, IL, Atlanta, GA, and Dallas, TX. Registration for Firesides will open in early December.
