The Nancy Walton Laurie Leadership Institute of Chi Omega
Virtual Session: Resilience & Coping with Adversity
The past several months have been unlike any other, and the Nancy Walton Laurie Leadership Institute of Chi Omega is eager to announce Resilience & Coping with Adversity virtual sessions. Participants will learn how to build their resilience muscle, identify adversities, and adopt healthy coping mechanisms. Chi Omegas from all over the country will learn and work together via Zoom during these 90 minute sessions. Each session will be facilitated by Chi Omega Sisters currently serving on the Nancy Walton Laurie Leadership Institute of Chi Omega.
Each collegian and alumnae session has only 50 spots, and registration is first come first served. Please check the Chi Omega social media pages regularly, as there will be several session dates released throughout the semester.
When registering for a session, please be mindful of other commitments you may have, as it is important that you attend the session that you sign up for. We hope you will join us! Current November 2020 available dates are below, and more to come soon!
